Wrong postage being charged by simple delivery
Most of my items fit in an ordinary envelope and I listed them with free postage by Royal Mail.
I now find that my selected postage options have been changed so that I will be charged by simple delivery at large letter or small parcel prices which are more than the value of my items. Does anyone kow what has happened and how I can change things back to my original postage selections.

Mentor7 months agoOn your listing form, you had the option to select Custom Postage. Selecting that means YOU post, NOT USING SIMPLE POSTAGE.
If you when sold try to get an ebay label it will be more expensive than posting as a Large letter at £1.55.

OP7 months agoThanks for your reply. When I listed the items they were mostly for free postage by Royal Mail and as far as I can remember Custom Postage. Now they're all listed with simple delivery and at least large letter if not small parcel and not what used to say Royal Mail 2nd Class Letter. I can't see a way of changing things back without having to relist everything as I'm not offered just "Letter" size when revising item.
