Wrong labels on pacels
I've mixed up the labels on 2 items, now I've got 2 buyers with the wrong items. What's the best way to fix this monumental *bleep* up?

·6 months agoAsk your buyers to open a return through Ebay using the reason 'item not as described'.
Then, you need to accept the returns and issue a label to each buyer.
When you get the items back, the best way forward is to refund the buyers then relist the items for them to buy again.

Mentor6 months agoAsk the buyers to open a "not as described" returns so they receive paid-for (by you) postage labels. They will be refunded when items arrive back with you, and the transactions ended. Then you can relist for them to buy again.
