I bought crocs that came a size too small. Seller prevaricated, asked for photos of them on my feet for ‘adjustments’. I sent photos of crocs size. Sellers said to eBay ‘item has been delivered’ eBay closed return. I appealed. EBay refused appeal. What do I

It sounds as if you opened an 'item not received' case which the seller would win because the item actually arrived.
Can you add more information, please?
So, when did you receive the shoes?
Is the seller a business seller or a private seller?
Did you start a return case at all?
If you did start a return, what reason did you give for returning the shoes?
