Mentor3 months agoIf the seller sent the wrong item you need to open an "item not as described" case under eBay's money back guarantee.
There is a link to this in every listing, or go to "Help and Contact" or "Contact Us" at the top or bottom of every page, and enter "money back guarantee" in the search field.
