Wrong item received

Question

I ordered 2 lots of arnica gel and was sent 2 shaker mugs! I can’t seem to get in touch with ebay for help as it just goes round and round asking me the same question!

So I’ve received the package, says delivered but it’s the wrong items! What I do

I’ve paid just under £20 for the gel and received 2 shaker mugs instead! Not sure if I’ve been scammed or was a mistake from the seller but it’s from age concern a charity!

Can someone help?

Open an eBay return and select the "received the wrong item" reason.

Your seller should then provide you with a pre-paid returns label. If they don't then after 3 business days you can ask eBay to step in.
