I ordered a size 3 pair of shoes, they have arrived and I’ve received the wrong size, it will not let me contact the seller, so I’m stuck on what to do

select "Item doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.
Do not use "Doesn't fit" as your reason for return as eBay consider it to be a change of mind which sellers can refuse.
