Wrong ite
Hi, Royal mail put the wrong label on the package so it has gone to the wrong person, the buyer is returning their package but do I also get compensation for the item that was delivered to the wrong person as I doubt they will return it?

·5 months agoYou will have to communicate with the person you sent the package to and ask them to send it back. You will have to provide a label or payment so they can do this.
Otherwise, make a complaint to Royal Mail if you feel they were at fault.
Ebay won't compensate you.
