Wrong Delivery Method Using Simple Delivery

Question

HiI have sold an item using simple delivery for the first time. Unfortunately, now the item has been sold the carriage method selected by the buyer is not suitable for the parcel because of the weight. I have been charged £9.00 for the delivery. Is it possible to get the £9.00 refunded as I am organising a different delivery method. Thanks for your help.

The postage on the listing has been paid by the buyer and that would be refunded to them in 30 days. You cannot get a refund for any postage you buy yourself. It's better to cancel the transaction with buyer's agreement and relist with correct postage for them to buy again.
