Wrong car part sent and refused refund
I am having problems with a seller, we'll know car parts dealer who has sent me wrong car part, window regulator and my mechanic wasn't able to fit it and when I contacted him to return it. They are refusing and stating it is out of the 30 day return window. But on their site it does not say this and it was the wrong part.

Mentor8 months agoAs you are out of time to claim with eBay , try turning to your payment provider for help with a refund.
Is this a UK registered business, you could turn to Citizens Advice to see what next steps they advise here.
