Wrong address listed in Seller account
When I click on 'Account settings' it asks me to confirm my primary address. It then shows two options, both with the same address, but neither of them are mine. I can't get past that screen without clicking on either of those choices. How can I proceed?

Mentor1 week ago · EditedIf you are wanting to transfer funds, then why are you not using your ebay account, as far as I have ever seen address does not come into it.
On the top of the seller hub, on the right, click MORE, then PAYMENTS. That takes you to page showing your balance and wher you make withdrawals.

OP2 weeks agoThanks.
It's got my correct address when I use that link but not when it asks me to confirm my address the way I said in my question. It feels as if I've been hacked or that eBay has picked up the address of a company. Any suggestions as to how to proceed so I can transfer my funds?

OP2 weeks agoThanks. The address that's causing the trouble is listed in my 'Delivery Address' under my actual home address. There seems to be no way to delete it. When I try again with 'My account' it's still putting up this troubling address. How can I delete that address?

Mentor1 week agoUse a laptop /PC not the app or mobile browser try Chrome too, that works well, then change the Delivery address here:

You may need to adjust the way you write it a little as there's also an intermittent bug to do with addresses.
eBay say a delivery address must not exceed 39 characters including spaces on any line. Even if your address doesn't exceed that try shifting the format around, such as moving just the road name to the second line, then save as a "new address".
Write it as above see if that helps too.

OP1 week agoI've now typed over the troubling address with the correct one which seems to have sorted it. Thanks for your help
