Wrong address given to post item to

I sent an item to the address that came up when the buyer paid for the item. The address that came up was a Costcutter shop. I sent it via Evri. I got a message from the buyer to say that this shop doesn't accept Evri parcels and that he didn't realise I would be sending it with Evri. This is a new one for me....I sent it to the address I was given...I'm in the right surely??

If you sent it to the address on the ebay postage label you will be covered.

I think it might be getting returned to me and I really don't want it back. Do I need to give a refund?

If you get it back you can offer to cancel and relist for the buyer to buy again with the corrrect address.
