Wrong address
I’ve received 20 parcels for the wrong buyer. When I’ve gone onto the help section , it’s steering me to my purchases & there’s no option for assistance on matters like this. I spoke to a customer service agent last week & I’ve heard nothing. The parcels keep coming.

Mentor3 weeks agoAre you sure this is from an eBay seller?
If you have purchased some recent items from eBay, checkout those sellers, they may just have posted to the wrong buyer.
Click on the seller's listings, then down the left sidebar click on Sold. If you find the item there, send that seller a message that you have received their item in error, for them to send you enough money to cover a fully tracked return postage to return the item back to them.
Do not be fobbed off with sending to the correct buyer, it goes back to the seller.
If this is not the case, and no one else in your household knows of this purchase, have you opened any of the items? Are they of value, ? If not, google Brushing Scam see if that applies here.

OP3 weeks agoIt’s multiple sellers & ladies shoes. I haven’t purchased anything from any of the sellers. For multiple seller s to get the wrong address, surely it’s eBay’s mistake

Mentor3 weeks agoIs there any return address on the back of the items, so you can put return to sender person unknown.
eBay will only advise a seller to send items to the name and address a buyer provides.
Change your password to your account and log out completely after using your eBay account, just in case someone is having access and doing this ' prank'.
If there's no address all you can do is to either refuse the items when the Postie arrives, or if you can't catch them to take items to your PO .
For me the receiving of 20 pairs of shoes is too expensive an item for a Brushing scam, and seems unlikely that a genuine buyer would purchase 20 pairs in such a short period of time, which does lead me to think could this be a prank?
