I have no idea how this can happen, what is the ID of account you are getting?

Mentor10 months agoWell that is a dormant account, does not appear to have been used since opened.
What is your real ID, and have you been able to log out of pageb-7359, once out then get a log in page delete whatever name is on it and enter correct ID and password.

OP10 months agoattached to the ebay app. As an Octogenarian not sure where ebay lives in
settings.
This on my tablet, thankfully my laptop is OK.

Mentor10 months agoHave you unintentionally opened another account ? --- Reported to happen when using Phones /Apps to Login using Apple/Google/FB links resulting in opening a 'cloned' account with lost history/missing/corrupted details.
Using a PC/Laptop, log out and try to recover your Original account/history with a fresh Homepage login > www.ebay.co.uk < and previous/usual email/Username/s/Password/s etc. --- any new account can then remain unused or closed.
