Wrong account type (business)
Summary: peter_gray95 wants to revert their account from business to private after mistakenly changing it 10 years ago and primarily using it for purchases. Around 10 years ago i wrongly changed my account type to business and have only mostly bought items, now i have a few to sell and are forced to offer business + costs per listing.
How do i get my account type changed back to private? Ive barely sold 10 items in this time so the proof is there. Do i need to request a callback or is this impossible.
And if its a new account can i get feedback transferred over? I'd rather not start with 0 feedback, especially when i now have items to sell

Mentor2 weeks agoYou will need to open a new Private account which will be totally separate from your Business Account, as explained this cannot be reversedneither can feedback.
You're allowed to have more than one account, you just need a n ew email, and new username ID.
