Would like to cancel purchase
I paid for a collection-in-person item, they didn’t message me with a location or anything. So I requested cancellation because I changed my mind, and the seller has not responded to my cancellation request or any of my messages. I don’t want to collect the item. Please advise how I can have the order cancelled and my payment refunded.
