World cup 26 stickers **FAKES**

Hi, I need help and advice on what to do. I recently brought a box of 50 sticker packs, it said UK seller and genuine panini world cup stickers on the ad, however they've taken weeks to arrive and upon arrival I've realised that they're in fact fakes and don't fit in the official sticker book. I've tried to contact the seller but it appears they've closed the account and they're no longer eBay users so now I'm stuck as regards for my next steps.
Whilst the amount paid wasn't in the hundreds I am left feeling ripped off and very annoyed.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Mentor1 month agoIF the item is received within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date given by eBay you need to open an item not as described as quick as possible.
IF that doesn't work you will need to speak with CS, if this is all fruitless you can of course approach your payment provider, but do the Ebay things first as it will show your bank etc you have tried to resolve etc.
