Won’t let me print postage label
A customer has opened up a non received item dispute. I’ve responded to them to say I’m sending it today but now the print postage option is gone and it won’t let me get the pre paid label

Mentor10 months agoDo you mean you are sending a replacement, or you are just very late in sending. If you are late then I would think the time for printing a label would have expired.
Buyer can only open a not received case once expected delivery date has passed, so you must be late which will have given you a defect.
