Won a case for wrong description of boots which were fake. How do it return item?
Hi,
I purchased some well-known boots, but when they arrived they were not original. I opened a case and won and got my refund. My return was cancelled, as the seller opened a case. How can I return the boots?

Mentor10 months agoThere is no case the seller can open, he might have appealed but just a waste of time, ebay assume he does not want items returned, which is why return label not available.
Up to seller to arrange return and pay for TRACKED postage, do not return on any promises that you will be paid after return, as you will not be repaid.

·10 months agoEbay would say that you don't need to return the boots as you have had a full refund.
I think you should message the seller and offer to return the boots if they supply a label or postage for you to return them.
