Withdraw Button Greyed out and won't work

After waiting 2 weeks for "eBay security" checks when adding my bank account details after selling my bike. I now can't even withdraw my funds.

I've look through videos forums and everything. I've cleared my safari cache, there isn't a possibility to enter the amount to then withdraw. It doesn't work on the iPhone app, not on Mac on safari and chrome.

Hello?? what is this rubbish, can anyone help. For sure won't be selling anything of high value on eBay again!!!!!!Won't let me withdraw
