Withdraw button greyed out
I'm trying to withdraw my funs in my eBay balance, but the button to start the process saying "withdraw" is greyed out and does not take me to the withdraw page when clicked.
A few days ago it let me withdraw around £20 but now im trying to withdraw around £150 if that makes a difference.
I have a card for bank payments and withdrawals setup and i dont know what the problem could be as i have also tried the website on pc, mobile and the app.

Mentor5 months agoPayments to new sellers are often held for 30 days but if it's there waiting to be withdrawn try from here:

Click on the arrow on the blue box to withdraw.
If no joy contact ebay about it. You can ring them or request they ring you - only from the app - on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5190
So view this from your phone and you should see the options to speak to ebay.
