Winning bidder didn't pay - now bidding on the relist at a lower price
A buyer who did not pay for the item he won, is now bidding on the same relisted item at a lower price. I would prefer not to sell to him, but I don't know if that is allowed. I feel I have been played so that he can win the item at a lower price second time round. Am I allowed to black list a buyer on my account or will I have to sell to him if he wins at the lower price?
Thank you.

Mentor6 months agoDid you cancel the first sale after 4 days, giving buyer an unpaid strike. Any non payer should be added to your blocked bidders list. Two unpaid strikes and most sellers will have blocked sll members with unpaid strikes. No feedback can be left. Not doing this and non payer could leave you negative feedback.
Cancel the new bid, use reason “problem with bidders address”.
Do not let bidders fool around just wasting your time.

OP6 months agoThank you for these answers. I have blocked the buyer and withdrawn their bid from the relist. I gave them 8 days to make the payment on the first listing so I think I was patient and I do not want to sell to them now, especially if they think they can get the item for less by withholding payment.

Mentor6 months agoBuyers are allowed 4 complete days to pay before you can open a Non Payment case ---you can recover any FVFs by opening an Unpaid case/s for non payment after 4 days and give timewasters a well deserved account defect/strike --- not shown but is effective in stopping/blocking persistent Non Payers.

Mentor6 months agoYou can cancel their bid:

and block:

If you expect to get more bids you could leave their bid on and just block from bidding again.
