Winning bid cancelled by the seller.
Hi, I recently placed a winning bid in an eBay auction but as soon as the item "ended", the seller cancelled my bid but it still showed as "sold" with my winning amount displayed. Is there anything that can be done about this?
It is so frustrating when people use the auction option and withdraw the item if it doesn't make what they were expecting, and this is obviously the case.
No reason was given for the cancellation and as it was a specified lot of scrap coins, I doubt they could have been "damaged or broken" or "out of stock"!
Any advice?
