So my issue is that the seller had decided to ship two different items (the phone and the phone charger) but nowhere on the product page such a thing was stated.The seller had only told me about this a few days prior to me receiving the phone charger and once I got the phone charger the phone was marked as delivered when it hasn't been delivered yet. I'd asked the seller about that and they said it should be here in 1-2 weeks but I was wondering if I will still have buyer protection assuming the seller hasn't had the phone delivered by the end of the two weeks so I could get a refund.
