Why was my item not eligible for simple delivery?

I've read the articles, and have been sending low value items below £20 for a while. I can't see any reason why this item was not eligible. Can anyone advise? Chat and help articles are no help.

OP7 months agoThanks for that. I hadn't seen "accessories" in a list of exclusions.
Interesting comment - apart from the ease of labelling via the Q code at the Post Office, I believe it costs me less but I'll pay attention. I do exclude InPost and especially Evri of course.

Most sellers would be delighted to be excluded from SD.
