Why should I lose out?
I sent goods off using the eBay postal labels got a receipt at the post office the courier says its says it as been delivered the buyer says it has not been delivered so I loose the postage cost and the goods eBay gave him his money back!

Mentor1 week agoIF the buyer opened a case did you follow instructions and upload the tracking details to prove delivery?
With tracking its a lot more difficult for the buyer to win, so what actually happened and what did you do?
