Why refund issued?
So recently I've been purchasing disney magicband+'s for a future family trip. There's on particular one that I've now purchased three seperate times from three different sellers and every time it gets to ebay's international shipping hub suddenly I get refunded with a "we cannot ship this internationally" reason, but I've had no problem with other magicbands, just the particular zootopia one I've been trying to get. Any ideas out there why they wont ship this particular one?
