HiI have had to pay my monthly subscription fee manually as it did not come out of my bank account. Also:Why am I being charged to edit my listings, and why is the monthly allowance (green circle) not visible on my seller front page on my iphone ebay app and ipad ebay app. I want to list but I am concerned that I will be charged?
