Why my monthly subscription fee has not come out of my bank account
Hi
I have had to pay my monthly subscription fee manually as it did not come out of my bank account. Also:
Why am I being charged to edit my listings, and why is the monthly allowance (green circle) not visible on my seller front page on my iphone ebay app and ipad ebay app. I want to list but I am concerned that I will be charged?

Mentor10 months agoI honestly think that you need desktop to run an eBay business account, the phone app is great for basic buying and private sellers listing a couple of bits and pieces.
You could contact eBay and see if they can take a look at your account and answer your questions. I’ve found that the easiest route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below where you can request a call back:

Mentor10 months agoI am not familiar with operation of Business Accounts, but as far as listings and fees are concerned, before you submit a listing, do you not get “List with displayed fees” which should tell you if a fee is being incurred. If a fee is shown, then do not list.

OP10 months agoThank you for your reply. When I did edit a listing it stated 0.00 but then
occurred a fee. I’m going to try and list a new product and see if it
charges.
