Why is the wrong postage showing?
Hello,
Question on postage please - when I was creating a listing, the postage showed £2.72. But when it went live, two different postage fees appear: the postage remained at £2.72 on the individual listing page, but when I search for it and it appears in a list with other similar books, the postage shows at £3.38. This has happened with other listings too. I have tried re-creating a brand new listing, but the same thing happens. For courier, I always use Royal Mail so the parcel can be collected.
Does anyone know how to fix it? I tried the Ebay Helpline who said they'd raise with IT, but I never heard back.....
