Why is the print label button not coming up
After many emails and contact with "Helpteam" I am unable to get return label button to click on to . I have used the options before andthey worked fine , but don,t know what,s happening . The seller does,nt want to know, even though he sold me an item with a part missing

OP3 weeks agoThis is the first time i have ever had a problem with returning a faulty product. After 30 odd years i am very dissapointed

Mentor3 weeks agoPresumably you've opened an eBay return?
Have you received a mesage letting you know that the seller has provided a returns label? If not, after the return case has been open for 3 business days you'll see an option appear to ask eBay to step in, use that.

Mentor3 weeks ago@robertlewisgill Can you just confirm that that you have opened an eBay return and selected 'Missing parts' as the reason, waited 3 business days or longer and then used the 'Ask eBay to step in' button?
