Why is the click and collect a default when it doesn't use QR code only printed labels
Buyers keep selecting the very cheap option that shows as £1.88 on my order details. When i click to get label it only give me a printable option no QR code
I dont have a printer so cant print the label off, I ship to shops/pick up places all the time with the £2.47 option but the cheap £1.88 option is set as a default s cant be removed.
Ebay advisors advice was just to cancel the order on the buyer, how is that fair?
QR codes are used on so many items, even on collection only item, so why not the cheaper £1.88 option
Why can Ebay make seller cancel order on the buyers as the only option, its so wrong.
Any ideas how I can amend this on my delivery options, that only services using QR codes can be selected
