Why is my video being rejected?
It conforms to all given parameters. Is only 1.5mb and is still being rejected.

Mentor3 weeks agoI'm not sure if any of the information below and in the link for eBay's help page on adding a video helps.
I also seem to remember you had to add one photo first, then the video? Worth a try.
How to add a video to your listing .
You can only add one video per listing, but you can use the same video on multiple listings - you just need to upload it once. Upload a video using the new listing tool by selecting Add video from the Photos & Video section: - The video should be .mp4 or .mov with a 150MB limit, or about one minute long .
Use the Seller Hub for this and preferably a laptop /PC not the app.

OP3 weeks agoThanks. Did all that. I'm trying to add a 30s mp4 of a beer stein revolving on a turntable. There's already 3 stills and I'm using the Seller Hub on a browser.
