Why is my Scottish buyer being charged VAT
Does anyone know why my buyer is being charged VAT for a £3.50 purchase? He is in Scotland and i am in London, but both in the UK so the EU VAT rules should not apply. I have never seen this before on any of my sales. Thanks

An item selling at £17.50 if subject to VAT would be £3,50

Ebay break cost down, as they are a business they have to charge VAT on their services.
