Why is my account restricted still?

I’ve sold a few items on here now and it suddenly came up with my account is on restriction. I have contacted eBay and they said they’re trying to verify. It’s been a week and I still haven’t heard nothing. Can someone help please?

What are ebay trying to verify? They don't just verify an account, they verify something to do with the account.

I suggest you look at your seller dashboard, as you could well be considered below standard, if you have any defects.

Verification can take some time.

Have you fully and correctly registered for eBay's Managed Payments?

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified. The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive, and confirm to eBay.

Once this is completed, you will be able to list items for sale, and receive payouts from those sales.
