WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT NOW TO LOG INTO EBAY ?
I find it much more difficult to log in to Ebay than I used to. I'm all for privacy and security but I type in the password (CORRECTLY !!) and it comes up saying PASSWORD INCORRECT so I then go on to reset my password - then, eventually I can get in but it used to be so straight forward. Then I get a message saying someone has logged into my account - "but if it's you, ignore this message?" It is me. The verification process is much more time consuming than it used to be. Then I go to customer support and it comes up saying AI will help well it doesn't !!
