Why is it impossible to contact ebay
Summary: stevecass67 expresses frustration about the difficulty of contacting a human representative at eBay, finding the process overly complicated and unhelpful. tressygirl suggests using specific methods like the app or persistently requesting an agent to improve chances of reaching a live person, while providing a contact link and optimal times. papso22 notes that eBay's approach seems intentional, aimed at limiting direct human interaction, though reaching a representative is still possible with effort.
Explain this to me please, Why is it so difficult to speak with ebay directly to a human and not their shifty AI bot that everyone hates with a passion. Why when their is a problem you click to contact ebay and your given the run around sent to different pages of BS.
BUT never to a human at ebay, Why?
Years ago had a problem once you have contacted a seller have issues with them you could not problem speak to ebay not a problem but now it's almost impossible I could contact the CIA quicker and that's saying something.

Mentor1 week agoI am not sure why you think other members will be privy to Ebay's commercial decisions, but the answer to your question must be that ebay has decided to make it that way.
You can still get to a human but it is very difficult.

Contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
