Why is Ebay emailing me feedback requests on an order number they cannot find? (see attached) | Member To Member Support

Unfortunately, there has been an error retrieving your order. If you need help, visit our help pages."I received the item in good order on: 13/02/2026Email received - Order delivered: 13/02/2026Email received - Requesting feedback: 15/02/2026When I click "Share feedback" in the email, Ebay web page says,"Looks like you're all caught up."When I click "Rate purchase" in the email, Ebay web page says,"We can't find this transaction. Please check your transactions to give Feedback."I believe this is a bug in the Ebay system however, I cannot find any other link or contact which allows me to report it.
