Why is eBay asking me to create Payment, Postage and Return Policies on my Individual account? | Member To Member Support

Hi,My eBay.co.uk account is Individual (not business) but eBay is asking me to create Payment, Postage and Return Policies before I can list items.Is this normal? Do I need to set these up to continue selling?Thanks.
