Why I am I being asked to set up a postage policy
All of a sudden Ebay won't let me list from the app and is requesting I set up business policies like postage policies on the website..not the app? What's happening.? I now have a drop down list for postage policy options (that I've had to cobble together). Went to Ebay help and they never joined the chat just sent a chat transcript 🤦♀️
I'm a private seller. Now I have made the 'policy' the listings often say "Simple Delivery will override you postage policy". Huh?
Oh and on the website I'm enrolled for Global Shipping but the tab is no longer available in the app. Utterly confused.
