Why has my seller not replied 2-3 days after i bought item with buy it now

I've bought a ps5 on the 26 aug but so far the seller has not responded.I messaged him shortly after buying on the same day and no reply since.I was thinkin maybe it takes time for the payment to go through but then i read on ebay its almost instant if buying using the buy it now option which i did.I also have a payment due for another ps5 i tried to buy a day or two before the other one but wasn't able to get the funds on the day as the buyer wanted cash on collection and it was collection only.For this cash sale ebay and the buyer said they would cancel the sale if not paid by 29 aug which is fine as i found a better deal elsewhere.I'm just thinkin the two aren't interefering with each other in any way?

Mentor6 days agoCash on collection is now only allowed for vehicles where there is no money back guarantee.
If you paid cash, apart from breaking the rules, that would be it, no money back guarantee, whatever the condition of the purchase.

Mentor6 days agoThe first seller may have the payment being held by ebay but they are still meant to post.
The second seller cannot ask for cash on collection as that is no longer allowed by ebay. If they cancel for non payment you will get a black mark against you.

OP6 days ago · EditedSo the first seller listed their item with no delivery option as i'm sure it was collection or that they would deliver if buyer doesn't live too far away which i don't anyway.Not sure if it's still relevant but why would ebay hold payment?
For the second they are allowed to list their item as cash only?As this is how the seller listed their item. it was collect only and cash on colletion.

Cash is not a payment option that a seller can select so presumably they tried to get round that by putting cash in the description. That breaks the rules.
