Why does my selling page show that I'll pay for postage for items I'm selling?!

I currently have two items for sale on my eBay account. I've set both of them to 'Buyer pays postage' (don't even get me started on the garbage that is 'Simple' Delivery). My question is, when looking on my selling summary page, both items show as postage (you pay) - see attached screenshot. Am I misunderstanding this? Thanks

Looking at your items as a buyer, they do both show that the buyer is responsible for postage.

Thanks, hopefully just an oddity with the Selling summary page then.
