Why do I have to refund postage if buyer just changes their mind once item received
Why do I have to refund the postage to buyers who receive my item and just change their mind and return it. Not only do I end up losing the sale I am out of pocket for the cost of the postage.

Mentor3 weeks agoAs a business you have to accept all returns.
If change of mind case, buyer pays return postage, but you always have to refund all original money I.E. sold price and outgoing postage.

Mentor3 weeks agoYou don't if its a change of mind return. I've just had a look at your listings and it states '14 days return. Buyer pays for return postage. If you use an eBay delivery label, it will be deducted from your refund amount. '
Are your buyers selecting 'change of mind' as the reason for the return?
