Why do I get "no postal service found matching the provided product details", for ebay label at Royal Mail drop-off point?
Summary: dar144651 is experiencing an issue with a Royal Mail shipping label for a package that meets all criteria but cannot be processed at a parcel shop, despite the buyer selecting this option on eBay. The issue is not recognized by eBay's help resources.
I have a parcel that fits all size and weight criteria and buyer has selected Royal Mail through simple delivery, address is a parcel locker I think. When ebay label is scanned at parcel shop (not Post Office) they get the error message. ebay help screens etc don't recognise the issue, so no help there.
Since this post I have had another failed attempt at parcel shop so I went to a Post Office where at least I can talk to a human (unlike ebay). There was no problem at all; the parcel was scanned and accepted smoothly.
