Why can’t I withdraw my balance
I cannot withdraw my funds at the moment, the withdraw button is there but each time I click it it just goes back to the same page, I spoke to customer support yesterday and we tried a couple of things like deleting the app and reinstalling it, trying through the website but it doesn’t work. Customer support suggested that I give it 24 hours as he would raise this with tech support but it’s still not working almost 24 hours later. Is anyone else having the same issue or just me? I’ve tried clearing temporary files. I don’t have a laptop just my iPad so am using safari.

Mentor6 months agoYes, others are experiencing this issue on the app.
Try Chrome as a browser, that might help as it works well on eBay.
