Why can't I select my postage option?
When listing the item I selected Royal Mail 2nd class letter upto 1kg. Now after it has been purchased I only have the option to send via Yodal or a more expensive option. And not Royal Mail 2nd class letter. Why is that?

If no more than £20 and 100 gms, if it is in an exempt category, then you do not have to use Simple a delivery.
Using a postal system that allows up to 1000 gms. will not help as it is over allowed weight.

OP10 months agoThe value is less than £20 and the weight is less than 1000g. I specified
Ryla Mail 2nd class when I listed the item and that is what the buyer has
selected, but the mobile app will not allow me to use Royal Mail 2nd class
and defaults to Yodel.
