Why cant I appeal? Defective item - refund / replacement refused
I bought the drill shown below new 2 months ago.
The drill has become defective so I asked for a refund or replacement.
The seller rejected this and now the case says that it cannot be appealed.
Why is this?

Try your payment provider.
If UK business seller, contact citizens advice.
