why blocked buyer is still able to purchase from us
hello, we blocked the buyer a while ago, but he is still able to purchase from us, why is that? how to stop this, this buyer is a nightmare.

Mentor4 months agoHas he changed his ID (by one letter for example) so that it looks the same, as I have never heard of a blocked bidder being able to buy.
Seems odd to suggest, but have you checked he is on your Blocked Buyers List?
