Why are my sold items not in orders but in inactive listings?
As of this morning, we have discovered that our sold items are in the inactive listings, having been bid on and 'won', rather than in our orders listings and we cannot see why?
Any help would be great as we cannot see anything on Ebay about this.

Mentor1 week agoDo they show in Items awaiting payment or Items paid awaiting dispatch?

Mentor1 week agoThis error randomly happens I know it did to us a couple of years ago. From memory it did recitfy itself but you should still be able to get all the order info etc required.

OP1 week agoThank you - for some reason, we are not getting emails either to say they have been won and we can see the buyer, but not if they have paid. I wonder if they have a message/email to say they've won?
I might get in contact with Ebay if it doesn't rectify itself.
