Having two issues. 1) Want to post with Royal Mail but the Simple Delivery system is only showing EVRI. Just to clarify, this morning I was able to post an order using Royal Mail. 2) Seller dashboard on this account is the old style. Would like to change it to the new style. The AI bot has twice offered to get an agent to call, but this hasn't happened and I'm going around in circles. Any help or advice, particularly with getting this order posted, would be much appreciated.
