why am I blocked from selling to channel Islands when Channel Islands is not excluded?

Trying to sell a book to a buyer in Jersey but he gets a message saying Seller (me) does not sell to Jersey. Yet I have not excluded Jersey as a location?

Any ideas please?

It's usually to do with Evri because they charge more for the channel islands, whereas Royal Mail charge the same as UK postage. This causes problems with the postage.

Probably the best thing to do is end the listing early via the dropdown menu for it, opt out of Evri here:

Then relist and the buyer can buy using Royal Mail.
